We’ve reunited with Rick Owens for another dose of the dark, industrial grunge glamDr Martens that defines Dr Martens collaborations. The formidable 1918 boot has 18 eyelets and dramatic wraparound pearl lacing. Dr Martens heel loop is also signed with pearl script. The boot is fitted with an extra tall tongue and is built from supple Lunar leather, which lends unexpected softness. The boot stands on Dr Martens inflated DMXL sole one of the first designs to emerge from Dr Martens experimental new design category 14XX, where we push the boundaries of Dr Martens brand DNA. Exaggerating Dr Martens classic construction, the sole combines lightweight EVA with durable PVC pods. It’s marked with DM’s grooving and secured with Dr Martens unmistakable yellow welt stitching.
