We’ve reunited with Rick Owens for another dose of the dark, industrial grunge glamDr Martens that defines Dr Martens collaborations. The 1460 Jumbo Lace boot is an exaggeration of Dr Martens classic 8 eye silhouette, with oversized brushed silver eyelets, a thick outside zip, and extra thick wrap around pearl laces. It’s fitted with an extra tall tongue and is built from supple Lunar leather, lending unexpected softness. The boot stands on Dr Martens inflated DMXL s ole one of the first designs to emerge from Dr Martens experimental new design category 14XX, where we push the boundaries of Dr Martens brand DNA. Exaggerating Dr Martens classic construction, the sole combines lightweight EVA with durable PVC pods. It’s marked with DM’s grooving and secured with Dr Martens unmistakable yellow welt stitching.
