YES, WE EXCHANGE

To be eligible for an exchange, all online and in-store purchases must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds for incorrect choice.

Any return shipping costs are at buyers expense and any product being returned for change of mind (whether an in-store or online purchase) must be:
In its original condition
Unworn, unmarked and unwashed
In the original packaging or box
Not defective as a result of misuse
Tags still attached

With shoes, we recommend and encourage customers to try products on carpet, for no longer than a few minutes, too ensure that dirt is not collected on the sole or creasing of the fabric does not occur.

We will inspect all items upon receipt. Any items which fail to comply with the above conditions will be rejected and sent back to you.

We recommend shipping returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
